Requirements

· Experience in healthcare, home care staffing or other types of staffing preferred.

· Experience in outside or inside direct outbound sales with a track record of upward professional growth.

· Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates clients’ needs on an ongoing basis.

· Assists with proper placement of permanent placement and contract healthcare professionals.

· Seeks out and identifies new business opportunities, initiating communication with decision makers to assess their needs.

· Establishes and maintains excellent long-term relationships with existing clients while also aggressively obtaining new accounts.

· Develops long-term networking relationships with key resources in order to broaden pool of potential applicants.

· Research, identify and attract active and passive qualified candidates using cold calling, networking, and deep internet sourcing and mining.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite, ATS/CRM experience a big plus.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to multitask, deadline driven, and possess strong follow-up skills.

We will provide full training in areas of the business that you are not familiar with.

Comprehensive compensation package. Compensation depending on experience.
